Juan Licon, better known as JJ in the DFW scene, grew up in the 80's as the youngest of five in a house filled with people the music never stopped playing. His sisters introduced him to pop bands like The Outfield, Bryan Adams, and Duran Duran. But it was his brothers who gave him Iron Maiden, Motley Crue, Judas Priest and the true love of his life, Def Leppard. Juan was hooked, he started mimicking these artists and "mirror performing" and never once needed or wanted to evolve from the 80s.

When he moved to Dallas in 2010, he made friends with all of the local stars and quickly got the itch to be on stage.  Dallas being the tribute mecca, it wasn’t hard to put together his first band, a tribute to INXS.

Juan is a natural performer and his obvious passion for the music has put this bands on the big stages right from day one. This overnight success made Juan want to start a much bigger project so he connected with some of the most talented local artists in the industry and that's how WILD BOYS was born.
